The OG Fettucine Alfredo
INGREDIENTS
1/2 lbs dried Fettuccine pasta (1, 9 oz bag of Rana pasta)
4.7 oz or 134 grams Parmigiano Reggiano cheese finely grated
3.3 0z or 100 grams unsalted butter
pasta water as necessary
DIRECTIONS
Boil pasta according to package instructions
Grate cheese and add butter to a dish or bowl large enough to mix pasta
Add cooked pasta to bowl and vigorously mix noodles, cheese, butter and pasta water to emulsify sauce
Serve!
